Before we start
Do clients need to type /start?
We provide buttons and a clear home after Telegram’s initial Start action. Telegram controls the first-contact button; a bot cannot message someone before they start or otherwise authorise contact.
Do I keep ownership?
Yes. You own the server or bot and retain the final administrator account. We request only the access needed to build and test the agreed setup, then document the handover.
Can you improve an existing community?
Yes. We review its structure first, agree what changes, and protect existing conversations. Moving or removing channels requires an agreed migration plan.
Are bot subscriptions and hosting included?
The setup price covers the listed implementation. Paid bots, hosting and third-party services are separate, approved costs. We explain ongoing costs before you pay.
