• Paxerr may revoke this benefit at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable mandatory law.
• Revisions remain within the scope agreed before work begins.
• Feedback should be specific, actionable, and supplied within the agreed review windows.
• We may limit requests that are abusive, repetitive, contradictory, unlawful, or materially outside the original scope.

You have 30 days from payment to test the product and decide whether it meets the agreed requirements.

• Paxerr may revoke this guarantee at any time, including during the 30-day period and before payment of a refund, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable mandatory law.
• The 30-day period begins when payment is received and may include active development.
• You receive access to a Paxerr-hosted testing environment when the product is ready for review.
• Approving the order ends refund eligibility. Without approval or a valid refund request, the order is accepted after 30 days.
• If a refund is issued, Paxerr retains the work and related rights unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Support runs for one year from the agreed delivery or launch date.
• It covers defects in the delivered scope and reasonable guidance for operating the product.
• New features, third-party fees, and issues caused by changes outside Paxerr are quoted separately.
