Who controls your data
Paxerr is the controller for personal data collected through paxerr.com, enquiries, proposals, billing, and our client relationship. Contact us at support@paxerr.com for privacy questions or requests. Where we process data only on a client’s instructions inside a delivered product, that client may be the controller and Paxerr may act as a processor.
Data we collect
- Identity and contact data, such as name, company, role, email, phone number, and social profile.
- Project and communications data, including requirements, files, feedback, support messages, and meeting notes.
- Commercial data, including proposals, orders, invoices, payment status, and transaction references.
- Technical data, such as IP address, device/browser information, security logs, and site interactions.
- Account, access, and integration data you provide for project delivery.
- Public business information and referral-source data where relevant to an enquiry or relationship.
Why we use data
- Contract: to quote, onboard, design, build, test, deliver, bill, and support projects.
- Legitimate interests: to respond to business enquiries, improve services, prevent fraud, secure systems, and manage relationships.
- Legal obligations: to maintain tax, accounting, compliance, and dispute records.
- Consent: for optional marketing, non-essential cookies, or another purpose presented when consent is requested.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may request information about the relevant safeguard.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, client and project records for the relationship plus up to 7 years where needed for tax, accounting, legal claims, and compliance, and security logs for a shorter period appropriate to the risk. Backups may persist temporarily until overwritten. We delete or anonymise data earlier when it is no longer needed and no legal basis requires retention.
Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, least-privilege practices, secure transport, credential management, backups where applicable, and provider due diligence. No internet system is completely secure, so do not send passwords or sensitive production data through ordinary email.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent at any time; and object to direct marketing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Send requests to support@paxerr.com. We may verify identity and may retain information where law or overriding legitimate grounds require it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already performed lawfully.
Children and automated decisions
Our business services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data through this site. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about website visitors solely through automated processing.
Updates and contact
We may update this Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Contact support@paxerr.com with privacy questions.
