Paxerr owns or licenses the design, code, copy, graphics, videos, animations, case-study presentation, and other content on paxerr.com. Subject to these terms, you may view the site and make a temporary copy for ordinary browser use. No other rights are granted.
Brand and trademarks
“Paxerr”, Paxerr logos, visual identifiers, and related marks are protected brand assets. You may not imply endorsement, register confusingly similar names, remove notices, or use our marks in advertising, products, domains, or templates without written permission.
Client deliverables
Ownership and licence rights for paid client work are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, and Terms of Service. Transfer occurs only after full payment and acceptance. Paxerr retains pre-existing materials, reusable systems, methods, tools, and third-party components.
Staging, demos, and rejected work
Access to a demo, preview, repository, or Paxerr-controlled test server is a limited, revocable permission to evaluate work. It does not grant ownership or a production licence. When an eligible project is refunded or rejected, Paxerr retains the work and may reuse it as described in the Terms of Service, excluding the client’s confidential information, personal data, credentials, and protected brand materials.
Open-source and third-party materials
Our site and deliverables may include open-source libraries, fonts, icons, stock media, APIs, and platform services. Those materials remain governed by their respective licences and terms. Required notices and source-code offers, where applicable, take precedence for the relevant component.
Case studies and client materials
Client names, trademarks, screenshots, testimonials, and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are shown only to describe work, with permission or another lawful basis. Their appearance does not grant you a licence to reuse them.
Prohibited use
- Copying or reselling substantial site layouts, source assets, videos, or case studies.
- Extracting assets to create a competing template, portfolio, dataset, or model-training collection.
- Removing rights notices or falsely presenting Paxerr work as your own.
- Reverse engineering except where a mandatory law expressly permits it.
- Using content unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that harms Paxerr, clients, or third parties.
Permissions and notices
For reuse permission, an open-source notice, or an intellectual-property concern, email support@paxerr.com with the asset, intended use, and relevant URL. We may require attribution, a separate licence, a fee, or proof of authority.
