Our current use
First-party audience measurement records public page paths, foreground time, scroll depth, named calls to action, time spent viewing public sections, referring websites and campaign labels. Short-lived browser identifiers group visits within the current browser session. Query strings, private project pages and message contents are excluded. Approximate country is determined on our server using a local DB-IP database; raw IP addresses are not stored in analytics. Our hosting and security providers may process basic request data to deliver pages, prevent abuse and maintain security.
Private website conversations use an essential HttpOnly cookie, paxerr_website_conversation, to restore your conversation in the same browser for up to 30 days. This access cookie works independently of optional analytics. After you attach the conversation to a verified account, its former guest access cannot read or change it. Clearing browser data can remove guest access; conversation records follow our Privacy Policy. A referral link can set the essential paxerr_referrer cookie for up to 30 days to record the introduction when you create an account. Referral rewards use verified account and payment records, without sharing your conversations with the referrer. Advertising links may carry source labels; website engagement respects saved opt-outs and Do Not Track. A Telegram bot start can retain its signed advertising source separately from ticket creation.
Videos used in the page design are served as first-party site assets. Following a link to YouTube, social media, payment providers, or another external service takes you to that provider, whose own cookie policy applies.
The Clutch review collector on our reviews page loads only for browsers with an existing affirmative analytics preference. Clutch receives the browser request and may measure widget interactions under its own Privacy Policy. Our locally served Clutch badges and direct profile/review links remain available with essential cookies only. We do not send private project pages, account details or message contents to this widget.

Your preferences
Browser Do Not Track and previously saved analytics opt-outs disable audience measurement. Third-party marketing widgets remain disabled without an existing affirmative preference. You can clear or block browser storage using your browser’s privacy settings.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if we introduce analytics, advertising, embedded content, or providers that materially change how tracking technologies are used. Any cookie list shown in a live consent tool should be read together with this policy.
