Do I need a finished brief?
No. Tell us what you want to achieve, who it is for and any references you like. A budget range and target date help us suggest a sensible starting point.
How much will my project cost?
The price depends on the scope, complexity and deliverables. We confirm your quote before work starts; an initial enquiry does not commit you to a purchase.
How long will it take?
We agree a timeline after reviewing your requirements. The schedule depends on scope, timely feedback, access, content and any third-party dependencies.
When do I pay?
Unless your order says otherwise, payment is due before work begins. Use the payment instructions on your official Paxerr order. Taxes and approved third-party charges may be separate.
Can I request changes?
Yes. In-scope revisions follow your agreement. New features, replacement concepts or substantial changes after approval may need a separate quote and schedule.
What happens after delivery?
We provide the agreed handover and guidance. If your order includes support, its scope and duration follow your agreement and our published terms.
How do refunds and guarantees work?
Eligibility, deadlines, acceptance and exclusions are explained in our Terms of Service and your project documents. Please read these before purchasing; not every cost or service is covered.
Can I start through Discord?
Yes. Open a private project ticket, choose a service and share your brief. The team will discuss the scope with you and link an existing Paxerr order when needed.
